Summer Plumbing Tip: Watch for Seasonal Stress
From irrigation systems to extra laundry, showers, and outdoor use, summer puts added demand on your plumbing.
Here’s what to check this month:

Agentis in the Community
Community means showing up for each other, on and off the job site.
Recently, members of the Agentis team participated in the 29th Annual Charlie & Don Patt Memorial Golf Tournament, supporting the incredible work of the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

From handing out water bottles in the summer heat to spending time with familiar faces from across the community, it was a meaningful day centered around compassion, connection, and giving back to an important cause.
We’re proud to support organizations that make a real difference for families throughout the Lehigh Valley, and grateful to be part of a community that continues to come together to help one another.
Commercial Spotlight:
Summer demand is here, and June is one of the most important months to ensure your facility is prepared.
Higher occupancy, increased water usage, seasonal storms, and rising temperatures all place additional stress on plumbing systems. The best time to address vulnerabilities is before they impact operations.
At Agentis Plumbing, we help Lehigh Valley businesses stay proactive, protected, and operational all summer long.
Facility Focus: Prevent Summer Downtime
Summer brings a new set of challenges for commercial properties.
Here’s what facility teams should review this month:
-
Inspect high-traffic restrooms and fixtures
-
Evaluate water heater and treatment systems
-
Check irrigation and outdoor plumbing systems
-
Clean drains and sewer lines before storm season
-
Review preventive maintenance plans and emergency readiness

Agentis in the Community
Exciting things are happening across the Lehigh Valley, and we’re proud to stay connected to projects helping shape the future of our community.
Recently, members of the Agentis team had the opportunity to tour the future Upper Macungie Township Community Lifestyle Center alongside the IFMA Eastern PA Chapter for an exclusive behind-the-scenes preview before its official opening later this year.
This impressive 188,000-square-foot facility at Grange Park is being designed as a destination for recreation, wellness, events, and community connection. From indoor turf fields and fitness spaces to meeting rooms and event areas, the center is set to become a major hub for the community for years to come.

It was great learning more about the vision behind this transformational project and seeing the progress firsthand alongside other local facilities professionals.
We’re proud to stay connected to projects that continue strengthening the communities we serve throughout the Lehigh Valley.
