*** came out to replace a shower valve that I had accidentally scratched up when replacing the cartridge. He was extremely friendly and personable and did great work. I will be needing to replace my water heater soon and will be using Agentis and requesting Freddy when I do. Also, their price was as quoted and saved me $400 compared to a quote I got from another local company (and they don’t charge for the initial visit and quote like others do either).
