New house, downstairs .5 bath, had a tipsy unsealed toilet, septic smell in the bathroom…took toilet off to fix, no flange, toilet wasn’t even bolted to the ground… Called Agentis, *** came out same day installed flange, reset toilet, ensured it was done correctly, and everything worked properly.
