I’ve never met a more knowledgeable person than ***!! He’s so competent about plumbing, but also the world of many other topics! He was very detailed about what wasn’t working correctly with my basement toilet, & how it had to be corrected. He completed the work quickly and had me try flushing it several times to be sure I was satisfied with it. I was concerned that perhaps it had to be replaced, but *** assured me that wasn’t the case.
