They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They had no problem with me watching them work while I picked their brains for information. I learned a lot watching these two and they answered all my questions. If I ever need a job done again I’ll deff ask for these two . They were great guys and very happy with the service they provided . They got my clog at 96 feet down the drain.

The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and professional and completed the toilet flapper replacement in less than 15 minutes; he checked a second toilet as well since we didn't know which one was leaking. He even explained how the worn flapper was causing the seal to leak.

Agentis Plumbing -- CONTINUE TO BE THE BEST IN KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE! Recently had a gas range delivered, but needed a plumber to install a shut off valve behind the stove to comply with safety requirements. Matt from Agentis arrived on time and not only fixed that problem, but found the main shut off valve in the basement which was super old. We had that replaced as well, and he used a coupon to save us $40. Matt was extremely polite and professional, and he took all needed precautions for COVID safety. Top notch once again!
