They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They had no problem with me watching them work while I picked their brains for information. I learned a lot watching these two and they answered all my questions. If I ever need a job done again I’ll deff ask for these two . They were great guys and very happy with the service they provided . They got my clog at 96 feet down the drain.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and they had a service tech over to us within 30 min. Their pricing was very reasonable and we were incredibly satisfied with the work done. Their service tech was quick, professional, smart and a delight to chat with! We never heard of Agentis prior, but will absolutely recommend them in the future. Very highly recommend!

Associate arrived the same day I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduled my repair and fixed the problem first thing the next day. Work was done well, from what I can see so far, and the area was cleaned thoroughly before he left.

They are 24 hour service. Called at 8pm and they were at my house fixing my shower leak by 12pm. The 2 service techs sent were awesome and explained to me as they went. Great service.

Agentis sent tech to fix my very leaky kitchen sink. He was very professional and did an excellent job! He tested twice to make sure no more waterfall under my sink. I required an emergency repair of my leaking hot water heater. Agentis Plumbing sent out a technician within 2 hours to isolate and drain my tank. They also provided a quote for a replacement, ordered it and returned first thing the next morning to install the new hot water heater. Excellent, quick and professional service. Highly recommended.

We have been hearing loud noises in our plumbing system. Rob, the Project Manager came to our house on Friday, the 19th. He went over the entire system with me. He did an outstanding job explaining things in detail, using language we would understand. He was friendly and very professional. It was easy to see that he had knew his business. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and professional and completed the toilet flapper replacement in less than 15 minutes; he checked a second toilet as well since we didn't know which one was leaking. He even explained how the worn flapper was causing the seal to leak.

I needed a new electric water heater to replace the one I had because the pressure valve at the top was leaking. After contact with other plumbing companies I chose Agentis. And I am so happy I did! They were completely honest with me about where the leak was and gave me the choice of replacing the valve or the water heater. Since my heater was 13 years old I made the decision to replace it. Agentis Plumbing -- CONTINUE TO BE THE BEST IN KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE! Recently had a gas range delivered, but needed a plumber to install a shut off valve behind the stove to comply with safety requirements. Matt from Agentis arrived on time and not only fixed that problem, but found the main shut off valve in the basement which was super old. We had that replaced as well, and he used a coupon to save us $40. Matt was extremely polite and professional, and he took all needed precautions for COVID safety. Top notch once again!
